Python error when attempting to run after download
I had previously used thg as installed via "apt-get" on Ubuntu 16.04.
When upgrading to 20.04, apparently the upgrade tool decided to uninstall it without warning, and the ubuntu ppa's are not available anymore.
After a few weeks thinking Thg had been abandoned, I found this repository. The only installation instructions I could find are these: https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/blob/branch/stable/INSTALL.txt
and they say:
On Linux, the suggested methods for using TortoiseHg are to either install a package built for your distribution
(not an option as per the above)
or run directly out of a cloned repository.
So I tried the latter.
I cloned the repository, and then I ran the executable I found in the root directory, that is thg
I get this error:
$ ./thg

If I'm missing something obvious (which I'm pretty sure I am), the installation instructions are incomplete.
