MQ: Implement keyboard shortcuts for some patch queue actions (Apply/Unapply one patch, Unapply all patches)

Using MQ (Patch Queue) would be so much more efficient with keyboard shortcuts!

I suggest the following contextual shortcuts (with focus in Patch Queue widget):

Ctrl++ (Ctrl+Plus):  Apply one patch
Ctrl+- (Ctrl+Minus): Unapply one patch
Ctrl+Shift+Enter:    Unapply all patches

This is consistent with option 3 of my proposal in #5509:

Shift+Enter: *Unapply up to this patch*
Enter: Go to patch (*Apply up to this patch*, existing keyboard shortcut)
