Windows executables and dll files in same path

When you install TortoiseHg on Windows, it puts itself in the PATH environment variable. The problem is, there are a lot of .dll files also in that directory, specifically Qt dll files.
My system is now picking up the QtGui4.dll file from the TortoiseHg installation directory instead of my directory specified in the windows environment variable. During installation, there is no choice on whether or not to allow TortoiseHg to put itself in your environment variables. This really only affects developers who want specific Qt versions in their path, but the people using TortoiseHg the most ARE developers.
You either need to put the executables in a bin directory and the dll files in a lib directory, or use static Qt libraries. Since the TortoiseHg project is licensed under gpl, statically linking the Qt libraries for windows builds should be fine.
