After upgrade from 2.0.5 to 2.1.1, open Workbench fails
Created originally on Bitbucket by Rick Jensen
After a non-rebooting (ie. close everything the installer told me to) upgrade from 2.0.5 to 2.1.1, trying to open the Workbench from the Windows Explorer (Win7x64) context menu fails.
Based on the trace, it seems like it's caused by the FogCreek (kiln) bfiles extension.
Here's the error output: {{{ #!python ** Mercurial version (1.9+10-e9264b45237d).
