utils/dataframe.py uses pandas.MultiIndex.lables which is obsolete

utils/dataframe.py uses pandas.MultiIndex.lables which is obsolete. Pandas changed the attribute to .codes: "Changed in version 0.24.0: MultiIndex.labels has been renamed to MultiIndex.codes and MultiIndex.set_labels to MultiIndex.set_codes." ref

In utils/dataframe.py change line 34:

from: rows = expand_levels(df.columns.levels, df.columns.labels)

to: rows = expand_levels(df.columns.levels, df.columns.codes)

Possibly other places in the code are affected.
