Problem with custom functions in Excel
I do have a python3 script issuing the commands strToAdd = "=myRGB("+str(int(image_new[i,j][0]))+","+str(int(image_new[i,j][1]))+","+str(int(image_new[i,j][2]))+")" ws1.cell(row=i+1, column=j+1, value=strToAdd) basically leading to quite some cells with the content of "=myRGB(255,34,56)" to set cell background.
If I open it using Excel (Office 365), I see "=@myRGB(255,34,56)" as content and the formulae does not execute. The custom function is present as Admin, and is available. After doing a search/replace to exchange the @ for nothing, the formulae does execute as intended.
As a test issuing sum rather than myRGB the formulae does execute as expected upon load of the file in Excel.
What can be done about that? Thanks a lot. Holger
