Add a feature to allow adding alt text for images

Alt text is very useful for potential issues and accessibility. It would be great if this could be added. Possibly as a parameter for add_img() or an attribute of Image class

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
