asserting that something is an r_dict doesn't work in translated code

Created originally on Bitbucket by samth

This is an RPython bug exposed by Pycket.

I wrote this assert:

assert isinstance(vars, r_dict)

which works fine in testing under plain python, but when translated, always fails.

See Pycket commit here: https://github.com/samth/pycket/commit/7cfdfe3de07061586832904dbfc9faee04947c8b

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
