Cross compile pypy3 7.1 for BeagleBone Black or BeagleBone Black Wireless
Created originally on Bitbucket by Jean-Marc Legrand
I would like to python on a product that will be based on AM3358 (same processor as the BeagleBone Black platform). My BeagleBone Black is running a Debian Stretch distribution and I would like to compare the performances on my Django application when I use CPython 3.5 or pypy3.
I have found some instructions explaining how to Cross compile for ARM. But this document is referring to scatchbox2 which is not supported anymore on Debian Strech.
I am planning to create a Yocto recipe for pypy3 if I obtain good performance increments by using pypy3 compared to CPython 3.5.
Can you update the pypy3 7.1 documentation to indicate how to cross build pypy3 on Debian Strech for ARMHF architecture?
