Provide the list of available PyPy versions in JSON format

Hello everyone. We're considering to add support for actions/setup-python (official GitHub Actions task) to download / install different versions of PyPy on-flight. We are looking for some way to get the list of available for download versions of PyPy (presented on https://downloads.python.org/pypy/) in easy-to-parse format.

Unfortunately we could not find public API that we can use for this goal.

Thanks in advance for your answer and help!
