help PySide6 to support PyPy, so that PyPy (for python-3.8 and better) gets "Qt stack support" in return

PySide team would apparently benefit greatly from a few PyPy actions. Example:

  • "PyPy ... is missing Py_GetProgramFullPath, Py_Initialize"
  • "PyType_Modified would be a great simplification":
    • https://bugs.python.org/issue15870

In "WinPython [windows10 64bit] on PyPy experience", the lack of any Qt stack is the biggest cause of missing packages (at the moment)
