Official builds
Source code
The source code is available either as a tar package or from the
source
repository.
- Source
Code Tarball (bzip, 49 MB) - note that it doesn't unpack a
subdirectory itself, so create a directory to unpack it in.
- The README
file explains how to pull SeaMonkey 2.0 Alpha 1 from the source repository.
Localizations
These builds are created based on work of the volunteers
of the Mozilla
localization team around the world. If you want to help contributing
to your language, read the
localization wiki
page.
For SeaMonkey 2.0 Alpha 1, no fully localized builds are available, but we
provide experimental language packs which you can install
as add-ons to the official builds and which offer localization for most of
SeaMonkey 2.0 Alpha 1, with exception of the password and download managers
as well as any built-in extensions.
Contributed builds
These are unofficial builds and may be configured differently
than the official SeaMonkey builds.
