KomponentenKontor Berlin GmbHis managing the repair of suitcase (trolley) wheels, especially when the manufacturer no longer provides spare parts. Demand grew quickly in the beginning and soon was too much for one person. Furthermore, requests came from all over Germany and even Europe (yes, we have customers from Paris, Rotterdam, Bern, Oslo, Tel Aviv and whatever). So, I looked out for cooperation partners to make our service available not only in Berlin, but close to our customers as well. Best solution I found are the so called "Sheltered Workshops" for handicapped persons. They proved to be reliable and very capable, and they have really great craftsmen working there. Such, at the moment we have shops in Berlin, Hamburg and Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Hannover, München, Nürnberg and Zürich, further expansion is on the way.
KomponentenKontor Berlin GmbH is teaching skills, provides spare wheels and does marketing, mainly by our web page. We're using ball bearing wheels only - skater and other high-quality wheels, which normally improve wheel quality way over delivery status.
