add counter (flag indication) to tree views where form buttons have rules engaged
We looked for a simple means to prevent validation/posting by some personnel doing data entry mainly in invoices, but put on all accounting moves. So we chose to try 'button' rules on the 'validate_invoice' button and all the 'post' buttons where a two groups were created, 'validating_users' and 'posting_users' https://docs.tryton.org/projects/server/en/latest/topics/access_rights.html#button-rule
Seems to work great. On the button there is a counter which shows the rule is engaged and it is possible to see who dunnit.
But there seems to be some pieces missing..
Namely, there needs to be a means to convey that indication to the validating/posting users that there are records needing approval. Otherwise each and every form needs to be manually inspected which is extremely unefficient in Since the tree views are where things are listed, that is probably the most important place, but perhaps there are additional possibilites as well ... perhaps something like a notification list.
