Manage payment_group and payment keywords on statement rules

As discussed in https://discuss.tryton.org/t/ease-invoice-payment-from-statement/4559/9?u=pokoli the statement_rule module can manage the payment and payment group keywords (without clearing accounts)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
