Support child location for outgoing moves of shipment without inventory

In b3e02609f2eb we allowed to have the same output and storage location, but we enforced that the outgoing moves are all from the storage location. But in some case the storage location may be divided in sub-locations. So we should support this like we did for supplier shipment in c317aa8e6180.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
