Do not group on_change calls if they could be cached

It is better to make separate calls if they could be cached as it may result in no RPC call at all.
If the result of on_change calls can be cached, may be deduced by not having the id as depends.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
