Allow to edit lines description for posted invoices

Since 09c9ff35df1f we allow to edit the invoice description reference and other text values. As we allow to edit the description text, we should allow also to edit the description of the lines to fix the text in a revised invoice.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
