Close search window from Many2One with ESC prevent new search

The Many2One widget keep the state of the popup but if the callback is not called when closing the dialog then the state property prevent opening new one. This is similar to #7248 (closed).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
