We shouldn't bypass the catch_error decorator when an exception occurs when loading a record's data

Since 372dbf53977e when we raise an error when loading a field of a record we bypass the catch_error decorator. Because the exception is now catched in load. It results in the first record of a loading batch to be skipped while the others are correctly shown as in exception.
