Clarify the selection of multiselection

The multiselection is often difficult to understand for the users. This is because the value is the selection state (see #13457 (closed)).

So I propose to display a checkbox for each option which reflect the selection state of the option.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
