Keep CSV export window opens

It happens that user find mistake in the export after having run the export. But as we close the window, the user has to redo the setup. It will be a better user experience if the window stays opened to allow a second export.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
