Searching on the subdivision rec_name with the short code does not return the expected result

Since 43d48a6670b4 searching on the rec_name of the subdivision with '75' (in case of France) will not return the expected result of Paris. This is due to the fact that the subdivision code is prefixed by the country code and thus stripping the left wildcard will result in no match.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
