TypeError: TranslateFactory.gettext() got an unexpected keyword argument 'scheme'

Since 9403850c8ead gettext and ngettext are defined in the report context which override the MandateReport custom context.

I think it is better that i18n.gettext and i18n.ngettext are always included in the context as msg_gettext and msg_ngettext.
