Add serial number functionalities to lot

Following the discussion on https://discuss.tryton.org/t/serial-numbers-on-products-and-stock-moves/137 we can implement serial numbers as lot numbers.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
