[VZP-2] Debugger doesn't work on Linux
[~accountid:557058:bff08d8a-3961-49ce-9a8e-952978c03ab7] reported trouble using the VSCode debugger on Linux Mint. I hit several roadblocks when trying to build and run Advent in the debugger, starting from a fresh OS install:
- Mint ships with Mono 4.6, but we need Mono 5.4+ for .NET Standard 2.0.
- Need to install packages: binfmt-support (the build steps run .exes directly) and mono-complete (base Mono install is missing netstandard.dll).
- Need to manually set the execute bit on zilf.exe, zapf.exe, and ConsoleZLR.exe.
- Need to manually configure paths for zilf.exe and zapf.exe (locating one doesn't automatically set the other).
- Mono's System.Console throws NotImplementedException for some methods.
