fixed the omitted class attribute in the inline code tag

At the moment
:code:`def secretstuff():`
and
``def secretstuff():``
generate the same HTML.
To differentiate between literal inline text and inline code we have to use a class attribute. This does lead to <code class="code">
unfortunately but this seems to be the only way to do it, HTML5 gives us no other tags we can use.
(It is also what HTML4CSS1 does)
