Bug in loading spectral energy budget
Loading the results of the spectral energy budget from its h5 file leads to an error (see error_h5_SEB.py):
compute mean spectral energy budget
tmin = 0 ; tmax = 1.56388
imin = 0 ; imax = 3

The problem seems to be that the h5 key info_simul
is expected to be loaded as an array.
