When trying to push new branch with name containing nonASCII characters ("Vývoj") over HTTP the command ends with HTTP Error: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Steps to reproduce
Create a commit with branch name "Vývoj". Push the newly created commit to heptapod server over HTTP.
What is the current bug behavior?
The server responds with HTTP Error: 500 (Internal Server Error) and no changes are visible in the mercurial repository from the web view.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The server should add the newly pushed commit to the mercurial repository.
