Attempting to clone a Git repository with Mercurial results in a 500

Try to hg clone a Git project, get a 500. We should simply refuse the clone with a helpful error message to use Git to clone the project.

This is valid for the current version of FOSS, Heptapod 0.23.0 (GitLab CE 13.12.6), but most likely for any version of Heptapod.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
