VCS type drop-down in "Create blank project" view appears disabled but is editable

Summary

In the "Create blank project" view, the "VCS type" drop-down menu appears disabled, but you can click on it and change it, so it seems to be a visual UI bug. The behavior to select the VCS type does seem to work, but a user may not even try to change it because it appears as a disabled drop-down menu.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log into Heptapod with Google Chrome 96.0.4664.55 or Firefox 94.0.2.
  2. From a group's home view, click "New project".
  3. Click "Create blank project".

Example Project

I suspect this bug exists for any group.

What is the current bug behavior?

The "VCS type" drop-down menu appears disabled (i.e., it is grayed out, and the mouse pointer changes to an "unavailable" cursor), but I can click on it and change the selection (e.g., from "Mercurial (native)" to Git).

What is the expected correct behavior?

The "VCS type" drop-down menu should not appear disabled.
