Mercurial Bitbucket Archive imports

It would be nice to be able to import project archives from https://bitbucket-archive.softwareheritage.org/, along with their issues, PRs, and whatever else is actually in those dumps.

Searching for how to do this turns up https://heptapod.net/pages/tuto-bb-import.html, but unfortunately that's actually about importing from Bitbucket itself, which is kind of irrelevant for those projects that have now vanished without a trace from bitbucket.com (although one hopes that the logic would still be applicable).

(I personally was hoping to try reconstituting hgbook/hgbook and hgbook/website.)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
