Export/Import for Mercurial projects

Georges Racinet requested to merge topic/heptapod-oldstable/export-import into branch/heptapod-oldstable

The needed specificities were not implemented. Thanks to the many refactorings upstream and on our side of the backups logic, it's fairly simple, boiling down for import to initializing vcs_type soon enough.
