PyMOL Integration

Thanks for making osx-presentation. It has the nice feature that 'it just works'. Good design choice.
This is either a request for a feature a request to be pointed in the right direction.
One thing I'd really like to do during presentations is integrate PyMOL. PyMOL is an app for showing three dimensional structures of biological molecules and moving about them. It's really difficult to get a sense of a 3D object from stills and so is a common part of structural biology presentations but getting to and from PyMOL is always awkward. There is of course the clumsy approach of alt-tabbing in the middle of a presentation. This method is used by the common folk. It'd be great if upon going to a specific slide the PyMOL app and a slide were instantly side by side. The fact that my slides are on a computer that runs apps is an implementation detail and should not be revealed.
There are two components to this.
First is instantly jumping from fullscreen slide to the next slide side by side with PyMOL and then jumping back to fullscreen slide after that. This part is key. I can nearly achieve this with external macro programs but even my best attempts induce fullscreen animations I'd prefer not to have.
Second is putting PyMOL into a "fake" fullscreen mode where it is border less but shares the screen with a slide. I don't know if there's any practical means to achieve this but this is less important, I could settle for side by side windowed. Maybe there's a way to set fake screen dimensions for X11 apps.
Thanks for reading this.
