Possible problems from June 22nd build and CF slot going down

On June 23rd I was running the June 22nd build and after 30-45 of shooting 1-3 min we finished and moved to the next location. When I next put in a card my camera told me the card was unreadable and to change cards or format. Couldn't format and other cards did not work. I assumed that this was as I was in humid hot conditions close to a steam room and that the cf slot had gotten damp. Drying it out made no difference. We kept running with our second body with a build from Aug 2013 on it. Later we installed ML on a rental body, it seemed to work fine.
2 days later another crew but same production rented the same body and used the same build I had ( June 22), on the second day of their shoot, June 27, the same thing happened to the rental body. They said their takes were generally 3-4 min ( Music video shoot) but that the camera was not running hot.
It may be a coincidence and that they are unrelated, but the other body was running in the same conditions but with an older build and came through fine. It is quite possible it is another factor and not this ML build but I thought I should mention it anyways. I've used ML on several professional projects as early as July of 2013 and had no issues and love what it brings to my camera and work. I love it and it's the reason I bought the Mark III.
Thanks,
Christopher
