60D dead after remote shoot with EOS utility

Hello today my 60D does not react anymore. Yesterday I did some longtime exposures with eos utility using liveview shooting. The camera was battery powered with origianl battery and at eos utility the option "switch off camera, if not permanently powered."
So after a few shoots, I left and didn´t switch camera manually off.
Today I returned and would start the cam, so I powered off, and on. Nothing happens, I think, okay the battery seems empty so I charge it. In charger for me it was confusing cause cahrger blinks 3 times for 75% charged, but I left the battery in charger.
After the battery was fully charged I but it into the cam and would switch on, no reaction. I removed the card and battery, insert battery again and powered up without card, no reaction. No LED, No Sound, no Viewfinder reaktion, No LCD display, nothing.
I also triede several cards, without ML and no bootflag, no reaction. Then I tried again the ML SD card, put in the card, and then the battery, after closing battery door the Card LED blinks one time, but still no reaction from the cam. And the SD card LED blink only happens if I insert a bootflag enabled card.
So I tried without any success:
- changing lens
- cleaning contacts and checking microswitches
- replace the files on the card with same FW (2011.11.11) and with the previous FW (2011.10.21)
- fromating card
- enable EOS_DEVELOP and bootflag
- copy original FW to SD Card
- connecting camera with or withoutcard to the PC, no recognize of PC and Eos utility
- replacing autoexec.bin with log function, no log found
- all different modes for startup
- half pressing shutter when power up, with or without card
all of this didn´t change anything. My opinion is that when the Eos utility powers the camera down the filesystem in camera gone currupt.
Is there any possiblity of hard recovery the camera by hotkeys? I didn´t alos found a backup chip battery, I think this the 60D does not have like the older cameras? Or any hard reset procedue?
Or some Ideas?
Otherwise I must send it to canon service and hope they will fix it without a big amount.
But if it is cuased by EOS utilty, then there should be a solution not repeating this behavior for others?
