Was already merged in Bitbucket before import, marked as merged by the import user

Source changeset not longer availableat the time of import. Commit listwill look empty

That's all the easy links done. It's going to take a while to find correct links for the rest of the stuff, including adding some forum posts documenting the new stuff. I'll create a new pull request when I've polished it up some more.
