mlv_dump cam tag correction

Porting code from bouncyball. Set metadata corrected camera model tags to Adobe standard in mlv_dump through a template (uniquecameramodel). This prevents localized tags to be set as uniquecameramodel tags. Even if an in camera fix might be coming the change is valid due to tons of mlv material recorded already.
