small fix to mlv_dump in crop_rec_4k branch

Was already merged in Bitbucket before import, marked as merged by the import user

Source changeset not longer availableat the time of import. Commit listwill look empty

  • mlv_dump: set right videoClass flag (0x21) after compressing MLV to make sure that correct decompressing method will be chosen by decoding software, main header's being overwritten by 'fix frame count' code at the end.

  • mlv_dump: lj92.c substituted by cleaner version (components are not supported in the encoder yet)
