enabled Headphone monitoring for the 6D

Enabled the Headphone monitoring feature on the 6D, based on changes by jjtempey85

There are some problems to be worked out: The Headphone monitoring option needs to be toggled off and on before connecting the AV cable and the camera needs to be restarted after taking a picture in Video liveview to reenable audio output.

The stub for "sounddev_active_in" is the same address as "SoundDevActiveIn", this is done the same way for the 650D so i assumed this is ok
