Windows 7 file drag n drop fails after tortoisehg install
Created originally on Bitbucket by jshaw2438 (John Shaw)
After installing tortoisehg, I cannot drag and drop same-named files from one folder to another (as in: copying an edited file over the original).
Windows formerly prompted me with a caution dialog (did I want to copy/replace or not?); after installing tortoisehg, I see no dialog, but a brief flash of a command window (I even saw "cmd.exe" very briefly in one instance) and no copy.
To copy the file, I had to open a cmd window, "copy foo.py ..\new_dir". It may be that the Windows context menus or file associations are messed up? So that "copying" a .py file now means "run it"?... Nasty. Windows 7 Pro, SP1 64bit TortoiseHG version 2.6 with Mercurial-2.4+6-35ba170c0f82, Python-2.7.3, PyQt-4.9.1, Qt-4.8.0
