Crash clicking "Manage HTTPS connection security"

This crash appears if "Manage HTTPS connection" is clicked (see the picture).
It is strange because "local" mode is selected and this button shouldn't even be visible. Furthermore, if I select "HTTP" mode and then return to "local" mode, the button disappears.
