Error attempting to drag-n-drop a patch into the patch queue

Dragging a patch from Windows file explorer and dropping it onto the panel listing the patch series generates the error below.
The same patch can be imported using qimport from the command-line without issues.
Reproduced with a number of different patches.
Restarting the workbench and retrying doesn't resolve the problem.
