shelve tool: keep selection next to a removed filename

Created originally on Bitbucket by mgieseking (Martin Gieseking)

When removing a file from one of the lists in the shelve tool, e.g. by moving it to the left or to the right, the selection jumps to the first entry in the list. To simplify editing the files sequentially, it would be better if the selection moved to the entry following the deleted one (or to the preceding one if the last entry was removed).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
