How to reproduce:

Use context menu Clone…

or run "C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\thgw.exe" --nofork clone

Windows 10 x64, TortoiseHG x64 4.9.1

‌

  1. This problem exist not on every machine :(
  2. If you run "C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\thgw.exe" and choose clone… - this issue is not reproduced
