Help looks always for Internet Explorer

When in TortoiseHg Workbench I select menu "Help"/"Help" it opens Internet Explorer, if installed. Now, since it's definitely outdated, it remembered me to uninstall it - and that can be done easily on Win10. However, now when I select Help a system dialog asks to select an application (from Windows Store) to open "mk" links.

Running THg 5.8.1, O.S. Windows 10 Pro - 21H1 - Build 19043.1110
