thg add is broken in 6.2
I'm trying to use the add command from the context menu on Windows. When I click Add Files... I get the following bug report.

If I try the same using 6.2 I don't get a bug report, the windows appears. If I then attempt to add a file the command dialog appears with the text
% hg add b'IP/ila/ila_sim_netlist.v' b'IP\ila\ila_sim_netlist.v': The system cannot find the path specified [command returned code 1 Sat Jul 16 12:15:02 2022]
At the bottom it states it has failed.
All versions were installed from the official releases.
This was working with 6.1.3
Using Windows 11.
