Crash while cloning

OS: Windows XP (Traditional Chinese)
Reproducible steps:
- TortoiseHG -> Clone...
- In the Clone dialog, click Browse button to choose the source repo, and then click OK button.
p.s. The path of the source repo contains Big5 encoding characters.
