Conditional formatting on pivot table disappears on refresh

Hey Charlie, following up on the issue #1778 (closed), I've realised that after opening and saving a file containing a pivot table with conditional formatting (which no longer throws an error) there is somthing odd: On data refresh the conditional formatting is removed (except for the last row somehow) but it's supposed to stay. The example file from #1778 (closed) can be used to reproduce this behavior. I imagine this could be easily fixed. What do you think?
