Formula Read Issue

This tool is great and I am grateful it exists. Thank you for continuing to develop it.
My issue is with reading formulas. It appears to me that the reads are inconsistent with reproduced formulas (that are copy pasted or 'dragged' to replicate them). The first two, generally, appear, and sometimes one or two later, but the rest just show '='.
My test has two intersecting such formula blocks.
I'm attaching the Excel sheet I'm using, created on a Mac (latest 10.9.1) with Office 2011 Version 14.3.9.
